A damp film inside a sealed dry bag usually isn't a leak — it's physics.

It's almost always condensation, not a leak. Warm, humid air gets sealed inside the bag the moment you close it, and as the bag cools — on the water, in a cold vehicle, or overnight — that trapped humidity hits its dew point and turns into liquid droplets on the inside walls and on your gear.
