I have had my Coqui for 3 months now and it has made a huge difference in water canyons. We were doing Englestead canyon in Zions. As we were hiking out I didn’t have to worry about my camera getting wet at all! I have $3,000 worth of camera gear and it kept it completely dry!
Love this pack! It keeps my jacket dry and I can float with it in the water! Everything is bone dry after a trip.
Functions as it should and I like the design. Would definitely recommend.
These packs are really cool. I've used them canyoneering and for other water activities. When they say "waterproof", I was thinking more along the line of "water resistant", but heck no! You can literally float on these things! I've even used mine as a paddle board and everything inside stayed completely dry. They're really durable (I've definitely scraped a lot of rocks and didn't see any marks after) and the design is really functional.
If you're on the fence about it, just buy it. I do think it's worth the money- I haven't seen/used any products that compare.
This backpack is by far my favorite of all of them so far. It’s not too big and not too small. I originally got it for the wet canyoneering trip I did in the picture but since having it I’ve also used it in the narrows, paddle boarding, Lake Tahoe, the beach! This is actually my go to bag for the beach now because I can fit my snacks, towels, book, sunscreen, car keys and purse all in it and my husband and I can be out enjoying the water together and don’t have to have someone to “watch the stuff” from getting stolen. I love to float on it in the ocean. The side zipper took some getting used to but it doesn’t bother me.
